Q : Do you have minimum order quantity ?  
A : Yes, our minimum order quantity is 20pcs, but our sample order quantity is at least 3pcs. If this is your first order, or you just buy for your own wear, kindly please have an sample order, you can mix with any item, size and color.

Q: Is the shipping free ?
A: Sorry, the shipping is not free. The price on our website is just for the items' cost, excluding of the shipping.

Q : How about your shipping charge ?   
A : The shipping charge is based on the total weight of your order and the country you located. After you place an order, we will send an proforma invoice including the shipping charge for your reference. In fact, the more you order, the cheaper for the average shipping chage for each item.

Q : What kind of payment terms do you accept ? Do you accept Paypal or Credit Card?  
A : We can only accept 4 payment terms: Western union, Money gram, Paypal and Bank wire (T/T). You can choose one of the these ways to pay us, but western union is the first choice, because we can confirm your payment promptly then prepare your order earlier. Q : What's your shipping method ?  
A : We provide door to door shipping via express services to the address your request directly, mainly by EMS, Hongkong EMS, TNT or the way you requested. You will get a tracking number to track your package. We also will follow up your package and provide excellent customer service! If you can give us a feedback when you get your package, any your useful suggestion will be much appreciated and great help for us.

Q : When will you send the goods after my payment ? When Can I get the parcel ?   
A : We will arrange the shipping within 1-2 business days after getting your payment. Usually it will take about 5-7 days to get the package.
